RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE FINLAND

Make your return through the GLS return service. You can make a return here: https://www.gls-returns.com/#/m/savotta

Please note that GLS Shopreturn service isn’t available in the following countries: Cyprus, Malta and Romania. If you wish to make a return from one of these countries, please contact our customer service by email at: store@savotta.fi, so we can arrange a pickup.

The site generates a return label which you need to attach on top of the package. Then you need to leave the package to the nearest GLS point.

Include your contact information and order number in the return package. Returns are accepted within 60 days from the pick-up date.

Important: Please note that we deduct 10 € from the refund amount. This amount covers the return costs. If you are returning a tent, stove or sauna benches, please contact us by email at store@savotta.fi.  Please keep the return receipt as proof of your return.

Conditions for returns: Products must be unused, in their original retailer packaging, and suitable for resale. All tags must still be attached to the product and packaging must be intact.

RETURNS WITHIN FINLAND

Use Posti’s return code: 628217.
Include your contact information and order number in the return package. Returns are accepted within 60 days from the pick-up date.

Conditions for returns: Products must be unused, in their original retailer packaging, and suitable for resale. All tags must still be attached to the product and packaging must be intact.

Note: In accordance with these conditions, product returns within Finland are free of charge, excluding : Tents, stoves, and sauna benches, where return fees (29,90 €) do apply.  Please keep the return receipt as proof of your return.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are usually processed within 1–7 days after the package reaches our warehouse. During the holiday season, there may be delays in processing returns.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and reflect the original price, regardless of any price changes since the purchase.

Important: If the returned product shows traces of use, we cannot give a full refund. Depending on the signs of wear, we will deduct 10-50% from the price of the product. If the returned product is found to be completely unsaleable due to use, we cannot refund the price of the product at all.

UNCOLLECTED ORDERS

Failing to collect or refusing an order does not cancel the order or count as a return. Any costs incurred will be charged to the customer.

warranty@savotta.fi, we’ll help you sort it out.

Please make sure to include at least the following information:
• your order number
• a short description of the issue photos of the product and the defect, if possible
• please wait for further instructions before sending the product back
